Experion:

• LCN2HTML Converter

This semi-automatic tool creates a 1:1 conversion of an existing LCN Schematics into an HTML display. Displayed on a background created by the customer.
All static entries are copied, as well as the dynamic data via sub pictures, or if not available translated into an EB-rule as a Shape. All dynamic programming in the old LCN-image (targets, Variants, etc. are documented and appear as a placeholder in the new display. Specific recurring rules such as measuring line, operation line or product lines can be predefined as a style sheet. Depending on the quality of the LCN Source schematics, about 70 -90% of the conversion can be automated).

• Groups / In-Out Trend

This fully automatic tool creates an Excel group / trend title from an Experion Server database. This data can be managed offline and can be re-imported into the server. Similar to the LCN Group Manager

TDC3000

• CL / MC CL / XPM

This fully automatic tool converts a CL / MC program to a PM, APM or HPM program.

• LCN groups Manager

This fully automatic program generates an Excel file with group / trend titles generated from a group EB file. Furthermore, these data can be exported back to an EB. Ideal for external management of the operator groups.

• Alarm Analyzer

This tool is a low-cost alarm analyzer that is either run with QDOC32 Experion but it can also be run separately. This tool draws its database from the Real-time journal via a virtual printer and classifies alarms (EEMUA guidelines) by priority, alarm frequency, operator load, duration alarms and correlated alarms. All alarms can be sorted and filtered, and observed in a long term historical view.

TDC2000:

• SOPL / CL Converter

This fully automatic tool converts a program written in SOPL to a LCN CL. The SOPL program must be in ASCII format.

• Hiway Data Out

This fully automatic tool converts the online and offline database with the utility program printout of the printer interface to a connected PC. These data are transferred to an Excel database.
